Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of memorialprintingco.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of printed products from Memorial Printing Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Our products and orders
We produce custom printed memorial materials, including funeral programs, prayer cards, memorial posters, and foam board displays. Each order is printed to the file you provide or create with our online builder. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it by beginning production, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, a problem with your file, or content we are unable to print. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount charged for it.
2. Your files and content
You are solely responsible for the content of your order, including all text, names, dates, spelling, photographs, and artwork, and for the accuracy of your file. We print exactly what you submit.
By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it, including permission to use photographs of any person shown, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your content solely to produce and deliver your order. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.
If you use our online builder, the text and images you enter are processed in your browser to create your PDF. We receive your file only when you email it to us.
3. File review
We review files for print readiness and may contact you about issues such as low resolution, missing bleed, or an unsupported format. If we need to make significant formatting changes to prepare your file for printing, we may send you a proof for approval before printing, and production will begin once you approve it. Our review is not a proofread: we do not check spelling, grammar, names, dates, or facts, and we are not responsible for errors in the content you provide. Production begins once we have your payment and a print-ready file. After production begins, we may be unable to make changes to your order.
4. Prices, fees, and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. At checkout you will see your product subtotal, any small order fee, any oversize shipping charge, and your selected shipping charge. The total shown is the amount you will be charged. Prices, fees, and shipping rates may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the order total. We do not receive or store your full card number.
5. Production and shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment and a print-ready file (or your approval of a proof, if we send one), barring major holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and begins when your order ships. We currently ship only to addresses in the continental United States. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. All sales final
Because every order is custom printed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on completed orders, except as required by law. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error caused by us, contact us at orders@memorialprintingco.com as soon as possible and we will review the issue.
7. Color and appearance
Colors can look different on a screen than in print, and slight variations can occur between print runs, paper stocks, and finishes. Product photos and mockups on the Site are for illustration only. We do not guarantee an exact color match to your screen or to a previous order.
8. Our content and intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, templates, designs, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Memorial Printing Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use templates and designs from the Site only to create products you order from us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Site content for any other purpose.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, submit content that is unlawful or infringing, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorial Printing Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Memorial Printing Co. from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date.
